地梁‑墙基组合式基础受力变形试验研究*

[摘要] 为改善地基的不均匀沉降问题提出一种新型基础形式——地梁‑墙基组合式基础。以地梁‑墙基组合式基础为研究对象,开展了不同约束条件下组合式基础受压承载能力试验以研究该类基础的破坏过程、破坏模式,并对地梁‑墙基组合式基础破坏过程进行有限元分析。结果表明,数值模拟较好地预测了该基础的破坏形态,与物理试验吻合较好;证明了该基础能够很大程度上减小上部结构的挠度变形,从而减轻由于地基不均匀沉降引起的墙体开裂,验证了该课题在建筑结构方面的可行性。

Ttest research on stress deformation of the new composite foundation
of ground-beam and bench-table

Abstract: The new composite foundation of ground-beam and bench-table was put forward to improve the uneven settlement of the soft foundation. Selecting the new foundation as the research object, a compressive bearing capacity test under different constraint conditions has been conducted to study its failure process, failure pattern, while carry out the finite element analysis. The experiment results indicate that numerical simulation fitly predicts the failure pattern consistent with the physical experiments, proving that the foundation can largely reduce the deflection deformation of upper structure, which can reduce the cracking caused by uneven settlement of foundation and verify the feasibility of this project in the aspect of building structure.
