桩端带预制排渣桩头机械钻孔灌注桩及其工程应用

(浙江同方建筑设计有限公司，温州325000)[摘要] 本文介绍一种预制排渣桩头，该桩头已由温州同力岩土工程技术开发有限公司管自立先生申请中国专利。利用该预制排渣桩头能有效清除与收集钻孔灌注桩成孔、成桩时孔壁坠落泥片、清渣后残留的泥浆以及下钢筋笼时孔壁坠落的碎渣等；因而，有效减少孔底沉渣，使桩端的承载力得以发挥。尤其当桩端有较好持力层可利用时，可有效提高基桩承载力。是一种适用于软土地基的机械钻孔灌注桩，包括直接取土简易机械钻孔桩。[关键词] 预制排渣桩头;钻孔灌注桩;桩端承载力中图分类号：TU753.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2013)S2-0647-03Prefabricated slag pile head mechanical bored pile and its engineering applicationLin Weishao（ Zhejiang Tongfang Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Wenzhou 325000, China）Abstract: This article introduces a prefabricated slag pile head, the pile head has been developed by Mr Guan Zhili of Wenzhou Tongli Geotechnical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., to apply for patent in China. The prefabricated slag pile head can effectively remove and collected as a result of bored pile hole by hole wall mud, falling film, slag residual mud and reinforced cage falling slag hole wall, Therefore, effectively reduce the hole bottom sediment, so that the bearing capacity of pile tip can play. Especially when the pile tip bearing stratum can be better utilized, which can effectively improve the bearing capacity of pile foundation.
