微型钢管桩防护技术在临近桥梁基础施工中的应用

[摘要] 在2012年“7·21”特大暴雨灾害中,丰益桥、菜户营桥、莲花桥等多个桥区都成为积水最严重的路段,个别桥区经过十余个小时才恢复交通,给市民生活带来不便。汲取“7·21”特大暴雨灾害中的教训,北京市政府将下凹式立交桥区雨洪工程的建设作为头等大事。由于北京市区空间狭小、建筑密度大,特别是桥区附近已接近饱和,在一些桥区的改造过程中会对桥梁基础产生不利影响,如北京市二环路左安门桥明开槽管线工程采用微型钢管桩防护,通过ANSYS有限元软件分析验算调整微型钢管桩技术参数,保证桥梁的安全稳定。

AbstractIn 2012 "7 • 21" heavy rainfall disasters, Fengyi bridge, Caihuying bridge camp, Lianhua Bridge area have become more than the most serious water sections, the individual bridge area after more than ten hours to restore the traffic, it's inconvenient for living people. Learn "7 • 21" heavy rainfall disaster lessons, the Beijing Municipal Government District rainwater sunken overpass construction project as a top priority. Since the narrow space ,big building density in Beijing, especially in the vicinity of the bridge is nearing saturation ,in some bridge area of the transformation process would adversely affect the bridge foundations, such as the Beijing Second Ring Road, Zuoanmen Square Ming slotted pipe bridge project miniature steel pipe pile protection by the ANSYS finite element analysis software to adjust miniature steel pipe piles technical parameters and to ensure security and stability of the bridge.
