基于ANSYS有限元的桩锚联合支护优化设计

(1 国家知识产权局专利局专利审查协作北京中心,北京 100081;2 北京华福工程有限公司,北京 100013)[摘要] 在总结深基坑桩锚联合支护设计与施工的工程实践基础上,依托具体的工程实例,首先运用传统的深基坑支护极限平衡分析理论和常用的基坑支挡结构分析计算软件同济启明星FRWS,计算深基坑支护结构内力;然后运用有限元模拟分析软件ANSYS建立深基坑模型,分析该深基坑工程支护桩桩身的弯矩分布情况;最后以实际设计值为基准,用比较分析的方法将以上两种情况下得出的内力值与实际设计值相比较,分析各种方法计算结果差异性、合理性与工程可行性,提出采用各道锚杆的最优锚固力对应的桩身弯矩进行混凝土桩身的配筋计算。[关键词] 深基坑; 桩锚支护体系; 弯矩; 有限元模型; 数值模拟中图分类号:TU473.1 文献标示码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)S2-0621-07作者简介:付怀,硕士研究生,助理研究员,Email:fuhuai5611@163.com。Optimal design of pile-anchor combined support Based on ANSYS finite elementFu Huai1,Long Lina2,Li Min1(1 Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the Patent Office, SIPO ,Beijing 100081, China; 2 Beijing Huafu Engineering Co., Ltd.,Beijing 100013,China)Abstract: Based on summarizing deep foundation design and construction of piles-anchor support, structure internal force of deep foundation pit support is calculated by traditional deep foundation support limit equilibrium theory and Tongji Venus Series software(FRWS), relying on a concrete engineering example. And then the FEM ANSYS is used to set up the model of deep foundation pit, and to analyze the bending moments distribution of the supporting structure. Finally, internal forces from two methods are compared with the actual design values. The differences and rationality of calculation results and engineering feasibility were analyzed in two methods, and it is proposed to calculate concrete pile reinforcement by the pile bending moment which corresponds to the optimal anchoring force of every anchor.Keywords: deep foundation; pile-anchor supporting system; bending moment; finite element model; numerical simulation
