氯离子单向侵蚀下钢筋锈胀力的分布规律研究

[摘要]  氯离子侵蚀作用下的钢筋锈胀效应是目前的研究热点。但现有研究大多假设钢筋发生的是均匀锈蚀,而在实际中存在很多由于氯离子单向侵蚀而造成的不均匀锈蚀情况。为此,首先研究了氯离子单向侵蚀下,混凝土内钢筋的锈蚀量及锈胀力分布的不均匀性,提出了锈胀力的不均匀分布模型。然后基于弹性力学提出了确定混凝土保护层开裂时刻钢筋截面各处锈胀力数值的计算方法,进而给出了便于实际应用的简便计算公式。

Abstract: The corrosion of steel bar induced by chloride ion has been studied as a hotspot at present. Most existing studies were based on the assumption that corrosion form of steel bar is uniform. However, the non-uniform corrosion phenomenon induced by unidirectional chloride ion erosion can be seen widely in situ. Therefore, the non-uniform distributing rule of steel bar’s corrosion quantity and expansion force under chloride ion unidirectional erosion has been studied firstly in this paper. A new non-uniform distributing model of expansion force was put forward. Subsequently, based on elastic mechanics, a new calculation method for the expansion force of steel bar section when the concrete protective layer is cracked was put forward. A simple formula for the actual application was then proposed.
