《型钢混凝土结构施工钢筋排布规则与构造详图》介绍

(中国建筑标准设计研究院,北京100048)[摘要] 介绍了国标图集《型钢混凝土结构施工钢筋排布规则与构造详图》的主要内容,包括现浇型钢混凝土梁、柱、剪力墙、基础等构件的施工钢筋排布规则与构造详图。该图集针对型钢混凝土结构工程中,一直困扰工程人员的钢筋与型钢的排布难题进行编排。重点介绍了型钢混凝土框架节点钢筋与型钢的四种连接方式:牛腿焊接法、绕筋穿孔法、套筒连接法和短钢梁搭接法。并根据已有的试验研究成果和工程实践调研,从抗震性能、施工难易程度和经济性方面对四种连接方式进行对比分析。推荐牛腿焊接的连接方式作为型钢混凝土框架节点钢筋连接的首选做法。[关键词] 型钢混凝土结构; 钢筋排布; 国标图集; 牛腿焊接中图分类号:TU398+.2 , TU318.4 文献标示码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)S2-0512-05作者简介:彭明英,硕士,一级注册结构工程师,Email:1109282009@qq.com。Introduction of Arrangement rules and construction details of rebars in the SRC structurePeng Mingying, Jiang Hangjun, Zhang Linzhen, Yu Yinquan(China Institute of Building Standard Design & Research, Beijing 100048, China)Abstract: The main content of this standard atlas——Arrangement rules and construction details of rebars in the SRC structure was introduced, including cast-in-place SRC members such as beams, columns, shear wall and bases. The purpose of this atlas is to solve the difficulty of arrangement between rebars and section steel, which is very troublesome for engineering staff all the time. It focuses on the four connection types of rebars and section steel in SRC frame joints: welding by bracket, bending the rebars and through the holes in section steel, connecting by rebar connecters, and connecting by steel beams. Moreover, the four connection types were compared in three aspects: seismic performance, the degree of difficulty in construction, and economical efficiency, basing on existing test results and practice investigation in construction. And the method of welding rebars by bracket on section steel is recommended for the first choice.
