多整体自应力模态索穹顶结构优化设计

[提要]基于结构整体可行性和对称性、两次奇异值分解提出了一种求解各种索穹顶结构整体自应力模态的新方法。分析发现,Kiewitt型索穹顶结构具有多个独立的、但没能满足整体可行性要求的整体自应力模态。以初始应变能最小为预应力优化目标和重量最轻为截面优化目标进行了优化设计,获得了合理的初始预应力分布和截面大小。Kiewitt型索穹顶结构算例表明了预应力优化及截面优化模型的有效性和正确性。

Abstract:A new method which can determine the overall selfstress modes of different kinds of cable strut tensile structures is proposed by using the method of singular value decomposition and considering the symmetry and feasibility of the structure. The Kiewitt dome has multi-independent overall selfstress modes which can′t satisfy the overall feasible conditions. Taking the minimum initial strain of the structure as the objective function of the optimal prestress design and the minimum light of the structure as the objective function of the optimal section design, the optimal initial prestress and section areas have been achieved. The results show that the optimal prestress design and optimal section design are reasonable and effective.
