后注浆超长钻孔灌注桩抗压承载力试验研究

(1 天津市建筑设计院,天津 300074;2 天津大学建筑设计院,天津 300072)[摘要]以天津地区某在建超高层的桩基静载试验为基础,对软土地区后注浆超长钻孔灌注桩的承载性能进行了研究。结果表明:软土地区的超长钻孔灌注桩为纯摩擦桩;超长钻孔灌注桩桩侧摩阻力和桩端阻力的发挥是不同步的,桩侧摩阻力的发挥先于桩端阻力;超长钻孔灌注桩的桩顶沉降量很大,应采用桩顶沉降量来确定其极限承载力;超长钻孔灌注桩存在有效桩长,其长径比不超过80是比较合理的。[关键词]超长钻孔灌注桩; 静载荷试验; 单桩极限承载力中图分类号:TU473.1+4 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2014)22-0086-04Experimental research on compression bearing capacity of super-long bored pile with post-groutingYang Jinxi1, Ding Yongjun2(1 Tianjin Architecture Design Group, Tianjin 300074, China; 2 Tianjin University Architecture Design Group, Tianjin 300072, China)Abstract: Based on the static loading tests of the pile foundation of a super high-rise building in Tianjin, the bearing capacity characteristics of super-long bored pile with post-grouting in soft soil areas were studied. Results show that the super-long bored pile with post-grouting is pure friction piles in soft soil area. The lateral friction resistance and the bottom resistance of the super-long pile with post-grouting display asynchronously, and the former resistance displays at the first. The settlement of the pile toe of the super-long pile with post grouting is very large, so the settlement of pile top should be used to design the ultimate bearing capacity.
