地下室结构设计与成本合理控制

(1 南京长江都市建筑设计股份有限公司, 南京 210002; 2 银城地产集团, 南京 210000)[摘要]根据工程实例,从覆土厚度、柱网合理布局、材料选用、基础选型、楼盖体系、外墙设计、构造措施等方面对影响地下室造价的诸多因素进行分析,提出了地下室结构设计成本控制的方法。结果表明,当设计中由计算决定配筋量时,钢筋优先采用HRB500,其次为HRB400;就单位面积造价而言,小柱网更经济;小柱网时,无梁楼盖最经济;较大柱网时,长向增加一根次梁时楼盖最经济。最后还提及其他合理结构优化设计方法,以降低工程造价。[关键词]柱网; 楼盖体系; 外墙; 构造中图分类号:TU93+3 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2014)22-0025-05Structural design and cost control of the basementWang Mei1, Wu Jiong2(1 Nanjing Changjiang Urban Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210002, China; 2 YINCHENG Real Estate, Nanjing 210000, China)Abstract: According to an engineering example, the factors affecting the basement cost were analyzed from the aspects of soil thickness, reasonable layout of column grid, material selection, foundation type selection, floor system, exterior wall design and constructional detail. The cost control method of structural design of the basement was put forward. The results show that the adoption of HRB500 is preferred to HRB400 when the reinforcement of design is controlled by calculation. The cost per unit area of the basement with small column grid is economy. The flat slab is the most economic when the small column grid is adopted. For large column grid, ribbed floor with one secondary beam in long side direction is the most economic.
