高压气囊搬运技术在建筑物平移中的应用研究

(1 河北建研科技有限公司, 石家庄 050021;2 河北省建筑科学研究院, 石家庄 050021)[摘要]在我国首次将高压气囊搬运技术应用在建筑物平移工程中。以某雕塑平移工程为研究背景,采用MIDAS/Gen软件对结构整体性加固、高压气囊设计、牵引系统设计、下轨道处理方法、基础托换和就位连接等方面进行有限元分析。结果表明:高压气囊搬运技术在建筑物平移中对场地的承载力要求低,平移速度快,可降低施工费用和缩短工期。本工程的成果可为采用高压气囊搬运技术平移建筑物提供一定的参考。[关键词]高压气囊; 平移; 有限元中图分类号:TU398+.5 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2014)21-0091-04Application research on building translation with high-pressure gasbag transportion technologyLi Xuguang 1, Fu Sujuan2, Li Jia1(1 Hebei Building Research Engineering Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang 050021, China; 2 Hebei Academy of Building Research, Shijiazhuang 050021, China)Abstract: The project brings high-pressure gasbag transportion technology into the structure translation for the first time in China. With the background of the sculpture translation, the structural integrity reinforcement, high-pressure gasbag design, traction system design, bottom rail processing method, foundation underpinning and linking were analyzed by MIDAS/Gen software. The results show that the high-pressure gasbag transportion technology has low bearing capacity requirement for site and owns quick translational speed, which can reduce the construction cost and shorten construction period.
