越南谅山红峰水泥厂窑尾塔架钢结构设计

[摘要]越南谅山红峰水泥厂窑尾塔架底部两层采用钢筋混凝土结构,上部采用钢结构。介绍窑尾塔架钢结构的设计,包括设计参数、结构选型与体系布置、分析计算结果、钢管混凝土柱的设计及重要节点的构造。分析结果表明,工程采用的窑尾塔架结构形式能满足设备安装和生产的需要,且其承载力高、经济性好,为类似工程的设计提供了参考和借鉴。

Steel structural design of the pre-heater tower of Lang Son Hong Phong cement plant in Vietnam

Abstract:Two stories in the bottom of the pre-heater tower of Lang Son Hong Phong cement plant in Vietnam adopt reinforced concrete structure and the upper stories adopt steel structure. The steel structural design of the pre-heater tower was introduced, including the design parameters, structural system selection and structural system layout, analysis and calculation results, design of concrete filled steel tubular columns and the details of important nodes. Analysis results show that the adopted structural system of the pre-heater tower can satisfy the requirement of equipment installation and production procedure well with high load bearing capacity and low cost, which provides reference for the design of similar pre-heater tower structures.
