四种正多边形截面输电铁塔结构分析

(中国能源建设集团安徽省电力设计院,合肥 230601)[摘要] 架空输电铁塔作为电力输送的主要结构,其安全可靠性直接关系到整个电力系统的安全与经济运行。输电铁塔的结构形式繁多,一般随线路沿线地形、电压等级和施工条件等各种因素变化而不同。但是目前针对铁塔横截面形式的设计并不多见。以外接圆半径相等为切入点,建立了截面形式为正三角形、正四边形、正五边形和正六边形的4种铁塔基本单元格,分别给出单元格在相同截面扭矩、弯矩和剪力荷载作用下铁塔杆件的轴力理论解及其力学规律,为合理选择铁塔截面形式并改善杆件受力状态提供理论依据。并给出4种正多边形铁塔任意截面杆件内力计算公式,用大型有限元分析软件MSC.PARTRAN和MSC.NASTRAN验证了公式的正确性。中图分类号:TM753 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)S2-0478-06作者简介:杨垂玮,硕士,E-mail: yangchuiwei@sina.com。Analysis on the structure of four power transmission towers with regular polygon cross sectionYang Chuiwei, Zheng Xiangfeng, Zhang Shulin(Anhui Electric Power Design Institute, China Energy Engineering Group Co.,Ltd., Hefei 230601, China)Abstract:As an important part of power transmission system, the safety and reliability of transmission tower are directly related to the safety and economic benefit of entire power system. The structures of transmission towers change with various factors such as line voltage levels, along line topographies and construction conditions. But currently, the optimization of tower cross-section is rare. In order to choose a reasonable form of tower cross-section and to improve stress states of members, the paper start with the equality of circumcircle radius and build four basic units of electric-towers which the cross-sections are regular polygons (including triangles, quadrilaterals, pentagons, hexagons). Then some conclusions were draw, including. Under the condition of the same cross-section torque, same bending moment and same shear force, Under the condition of same cross-section torque, same bending moment and same shear force, get the maximum axial forces of the members. Given the formulas of the members' axial forces of the regular polygons towers, and prove the formulas of the correctness.Keywords: regular polygon; power transmission tower; sectional design; mechanical property
