塑性阶段卸载后的残余应力理论计算及数值模拟*

[摘要] 以受弯构件和三杆结构为例,推导了塑性阶段卸载后残余应力的理论计算公式,接着通过利用现有的一些大型通用有限元软件的弹塑性分析,比较精确地模拟获得残余应力和残余变形的值,为结构或者构件在反复荷载作用(如地震作用或者疲劳循环作用)下的残余应力分析指出了一条有用的途径。

Theoretical calculation and numerical simulation on residual stress after unloading in the plastic phase

Abstract: Theoretical formulas of residual stress were derived in bending members and the structures of three members. Using the existing large elastic-plastic finite element analysis software, the precise simulation of residual stress and residual deformation were carried out. A useful way about the residual stress analysis on the structure or component in the repeated loads was pointed out.
