消防车等效均布活荷载参数化研究

[摘要] 基于ANSYS有限元软件,采用APDL语言,实现了参数化的消防车等效均布活荷载计算模型。根据柱跨、覆土厚度、计算构件等参数自动生成有限元计算模型,提出了针对不同楼盖构件的消防车不利布置和根据弯矩、剪力等构件效应等效计算等效均布活荷载的方法,模型根据此方法自动施加轮压作用,给出用于等效荷载计算的构件效应。并以不同覆土厚度和柱跨下井字梁楼盖主梁、次梁、楼板及无梁楼板的作为算例给出了其等效消防车均布活荷载,研究了消防车等效均布活荷载的影响因素。其结果可供工程设计提供参考,并给今后的相关研究提供了一个具有扩展性的高效率平台。

Parametric research on equivalent uniform live load for fire engines

Abstract: A parametric model based on ANSYS with APDL was proposed to obtain equivalent uniform live load for fire engines. The appropriate finite element models for different components of floor were generated with various floor span, soil thickness. Fire engines wheel pressure was applied to considering the principle of the most unfavorable load and the results of components were derived to determine the equivalent uniform live load by the equivalent component effect method. The equivalent uniform live load for primary and secondary beams and slab of cross beam floor, and for flat slab are given as examples. Factors affecting the equivalent uniform live load are studied. The results may be the references to the structural designers, and the modal is efficient and expandable for future research.
