新郑机场下顶侧拉式圆钢管节点承载力分析与试验

(1 中国建筑东北设计研究院深圳分院,518031;2 东南大学,南京210096)[提要]在郑州新郑国际机场改扩建工程设计中使用了双变截面箱型曲梁拉索(杆)组合结构钢屋盖,钢屋盖通过斜支撑与下部混凝土结构连接,斜支撑与双变截面曲梁间通过一根圆钢管相连。圆钢管受到斜撑的上顶弯矩及两侧拉索的侧拉力,应力状态很复杂。设计中根据钢管梁支座计算的有关资料,在进行手算分析的基础上又进行了有限元分析和试验验证。结果表明,钢管梁的一些公式经适当变化后可用于该节点的计算分析,其结果对设计有一定的指导作用。[关键词]圆钢管梁;下顶侧拉式;圆钢管节点Bearing Capacity Analysis and Experiment of Cable of Round Steel Beam Joint in XinzhengAirdrome Engineering/Sui Qinghai1,Wu Yihong1,Shen Yubin1,Wu Jing2(1 China Northeast Architectural Design & Research Institute Shenzhen Branch, Shenzhen 518031,China; 2 Southeast University College,Nanjing 210096,China)Abstract:The box and crooked steel beams are used in the roof of Xinzheng International Airdrome.The roof is connected with the concrete structure below by tilted braces.The circular steel pipes connected the braces and curve beams with variational section bear the moments transferring from the braces and tensions from the cables. In design, bearing capacity of the joints is testified by FEM and experiment based on the calculation.The results show that the calculation formula of the steel pipe beam can be used to analyze the joints by reasonable revision.Keywords:circular pipe beam; steel tube joint; bearing capacity; joint experiment
