宁夏亘元国际中心大厦超大雨篷结构设计与研究

[摘要] 详细介绍了宁夏亘元国际中心大厦入口处超大雨篷的设计。该雨篷位于亘元国际中心大厦的北立面,建筑平面尺寸23.60m×13.5 m,雨篷紧临超高层建筑,因此在设计过程中风荷载成为控制荷载。本案采用MIDAS Gen 与SAP 2000两种计算软件建模,对比了两种软件得出的结果,杆件截面选择合理,各构件的应力比、变形均满足规范要求。销轴连接是雨篷拉杆与主体结构连接的关键部分,本文详细介绍了销轴节点的设计,并分析了偏心受力对连接焊缝的影响,本案设计时将拉杆轴力中心与焊缝中心重合,避免了附加弯矩对焊缝造成危害。

Structure design and research of super big awning of Ningxia Genyuan International Center Building

Abstract: Design of the super big awning of Ningxia Genyuan International Center Building is introduced in detail. The awning is located in the north of the Genyuan International Center Building, its plane size is 23.60m×13.5 m. The Awning belongs to a super high-rise complex building, so wind becomes control load during design process. MIDAS Gen and SAP 2000 are adopted to calculate the whole model, then the result from different soft is compared, section dimensions of member are chosen reasonable, so that stress ratio and deflection of various components meet the requirements of specification. Pin shaft connection is a key part between the awning rod and the main structure, this paper describes the design of pin shaft in detail, and analyzes the effect of eccentric force for connection welding. In order to avoid the harm of additional moment, the center line of awning rod and welding is designed to coincide with the center.
