调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)在高层结构上应用的总结与研究

(北京奇太振控科技发展有限公司,北京100037)[摘要] 一般而言,使用TMD减少结构风振有着很好的效果,但也有很多由频率过于敏感而引起的局限性。为了全面研究在高层结构上使用TMD减振的效果,从单自由度理论模型到实际的高层结构,分析了TMD的阻尼比、TMD能否抗震、TMD的频率敏感性等关键问题。结果表明,TMD的阻尼比不宜用于结构设计,且TMD也不宜用于抗震,而在结构层间使用阻尼器在风振和地震工况下均有良好的减振效果。另有结果表明,TMD对频率非常敏感,且TMD会在一定程度上不利于结构的扭转效应。[关键词] TMD;阻尼比;抗震;频率;扭转中图分类号:TU352.1 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)S2-0269-07作者简介:陈永祁,博士,高级工程师,Email:info@bluelakeint.com。Effect analysis of tuned mass damper (TMD) in high-rise structureChen Yongqi, Peng Cheng, Ma Liangzhe(Being Qitai Shock Control and Scientific Development Co.,Ltd.,Beijing100037,China)Abstract: Generally speaking, using TMD to reduce wind-induced vibration of structures has an excellent effect. But there are also a lot of limitations due to the sensitiveness of frequency. To comprehensively study the damping effect of TMD, from SDOF to actual structure, some significant problem about TMD like damping ratio, whether can be used for earthquake, frequency sensitivity were discussed in this paper. Calculation results show that, the damping ratio of TMD cannot be use for structural design, and it's inadvisable to use TMD for earthquake while the dampers perform satisfactorily under wind or seismic excitation. Other results show that, TMD is supersensitive to frequency, and TMD may goes against the torsion of the structure to a certain extent.Keywords : TMD; damping ratio; seismic resistance; frequency; torsion
