山西格盟项目超限高层办公楼设计与分析

(北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要] 山西格盟金融城中段由5栋高层办公楼和5栋高层住宅楼及4层大底盘地下车库组成,5栋高层办公楼均为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,建筑高度为119m,中间核心筒高125m。办公楼的高度超过A级高度,属于超限高层建筑结构,应遵守更严格的计算和构造措施,以满足抗震设防目标的要求。采用SATWE和ETABS有限元分析与设计软件对工程进行了小震和中震的弹性计算,采用SAP2000进行大震静力弹塑性分析,计算结果表明本工程整体设计能够满足规范要求。[关键词] 超限高层;性能设计;静力弹塑性分析中图分类号:TU375 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)S2-0240-05作者简介:闫莹,硕士,工程师,一级注册结构工程师,Email:yymingyimei@163.com。Design of out-of-codes high-rise buildings of Shanxi Gemeng ProjectYan Ying, Xu Bin(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Shanxi Gemeng Project is composed of five high-rise office buildings, five high-rise residential buildings and four underground garages. The five high-rise office buildings are 119 meters high on the ground and the reinforced concrete cores are 125 meters high. They are out-of-codes high-rise buildings. The ultra-limit design instructions are proposed for these buildings. SATWE and ETABS were used to analyze the structure performance under vertical load, wind load and two different grades of earthquake and also checked the structure performance under high earthquake grade using SAP2000. The seismic performance of the corresponding target, take the seismic performance objectives for different parts of the structure, and analysis of the structural system of this project and measures for inspection by the above calculation. Analysis results show that the solutions are feasible, and the overall design meets code requirements.Keyword: out-of-codes high-rise buildings; seismic concept design; Pushover analysis
