重庆华润万象城T1超高层塔楼设计难点分析

（成都基准方中建筑设计有限公司，成都 610017）[摘要] 本文对重庆华润万象城T1超高层塔楼的跨层柱和斜墙转换进行了分析。对跨层柱在大震作用下满足不屈服的性能目标的要求做了分析，验证了跨层柱设计的适用性。对该超高层中较为特殊的斜墙转换进行了详细分析，通过分析给出了结构设计加强措施，对今后的设计有一定的借鉴作用。[关键词] 超高层，跨层柱，斜墙转换中国分类号：TU375 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2013)S2-0231-04Difficulties analysis on T1 super high-rise tower design of Chongqing CRLL MixCWu Qimin, Chen Deliang, Liu Jie(JZFZ Architectural Design Co., Ltd, Chengdu 610017, China)Abstract：In this paper, cross-layer columns and inclined wall transfer were analyzed. Cross-layer columns were analyzed to meet the requirements of the seismic performance objectives on non-yielding design under major earthquake and the result verified its serviceability. Inclined wall transfer were carefully analyzed to provide measures to enhance the structure.
