贵阳某超高层建筑结构方案的比选

[摘要] 贵阳某超高层建筑结构高度在250~300m之间,采用了钢筋混凝土筒中筒结构体系和型钢柱框架-混凝土核心筒混合结构体系两种方案,通过比较不同结构体系对结构工程造价的影响,旨在得到250~300m高度范围内合理的结构选型和经济的结构高度。本文分别对两种结构体系进行了深入计算和分析,对各种构件进行了详细材料用量统计与造价估算,得到了适用于该地区超高层建筑合理经济的结构选型。

Comparison and selection for structural scheme of a super high-building in Guiyang

Abstract: Structural height of one super high-building in Guiyang is during 250 meters to 300 meters. Aiming to reasonable structural systems and economic structural height, two structural schemes including reinforced concrete tube in tube structure and steel reinforced concrete (SRC)- reinforced concrete (RC) composition structures were studied through comparing the construction cost of different structural schemes. The material and cost of members of two structural schemes were calculated and analysis. Some suggestions were provided to efficiently help the decision-maker make their decisions.
