电渗法中电极布置形式的对比试验研究*

[摘要] 为研究电极布置形式对电渗排水效果的影响,采用不锈钢管电极外加12V电压,通电96h,在自制的模型箱内先后进行了长方形、梅花形和平行错位3种电极布置形式的模型试验。从含水量、抗剪强度、电渗排水量、电流降低率和裂缝开展几方面进行比较分析,发现:有效电场面积最小的平行错位布置排水效果反而最好,有效电场面积最大的梅花形布置排水效果最差,电渗的排水量并不仅受有效电场面积影响;试验过程中由于阴极排水不畅引起表面积水,导致电流值在通电初期不降反升;裂缝与电渗效果的关系密切,因其开展的位置及深度不同,可以是有利的排水通道也可以阻隔阴阳极通路影响电渗效率。总结室内试验的结果,建议优先采用电极的平行错位布置形式进行电渗处理。

Electro-osmotic experimental research on three arrangements of electrodes

Abstract: Aiming at researching the effect of electrodes array to electro-osmotic dewatering, electro-osmotic laboratory model tests with three different arrangements of electrodes, namely rectangular array, hexagonal array and parallel and transposition array, were carrying out in a self-made model casing. Stainless steel tube electrodes were adopted, applied 12 voltages and the treated time was 96 hours among the three electrode arrangements. Water content, shear strength, drainage, the rate of current decrease and cracks on the soil were analyzed and compared after the tests. The results demonstrate that parallel and transposition array has the largest electro-osmotic drainage and the smallest area of effective electric field, while hexagonal array has the largest area of effective electric field but the drainage effect of it is the worst. Because of the stagnant water on the surface, current rose instead of decreasing at the beginning. The cracks closely relate to the electro-osmotic efficiency. it may work as  favorable drainage channel, and also can cut off the path between the anode and cathode at different location and developing depth. Based on the results of laboratory tests, it is suggested that parallel and transposition array is the best choice for electro-osmotic treatment.
