城市轨道交通站点与周边地下空间连通理念发展分析

(上海市政工程设计研究总院(集团)有限公司,上海 200092)[摘要] 城市轨道交通站点与周边地下空间的连通衔接,是提升轨道交通服务水平和地下空间开发综合效益的重要环节。上海近二十年的建设实践表明,轨道交通站点与周边地下空间连通的规划建设理念大致经历了三个发展阶段:独立分散开发,缺乏有效连通和协调;建设时序不统一,自发建立通道衔接;一体规划建设,实现区域网络连通。徐家汇和陆家嘴两个换乘枢纽地区的发展建设过程充分体现了连通理念的这种更新与转变。[关键词] 轨道交通站点;地下空间;连通中图分类号:TU984 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)S2-0187-04作者简历:朱良成,硕士,工程师,Email:zhuliangcheng@smedi.com。Concept development analysis of connectivity of urban rail transit stations and surrounding underground spaceZhu Liangcheng, Wang Min(Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design Institute (Group) Co. Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: The connectivity of urban rail transit stations and surrounding underground space is a crucial part of promoting service level of rail transit and comprehensive benefits of underground space development. In the recent twenty-years’ construction practice of Shanghai, the planning and construction concept of connectivity has gone through three development stages: separated development, lack of effective connectivity and coordination; non-uniform construction sequence, spontaneous channel construction; integrated planning and construction, regional network connectivity. The development course of Xujiahui and Lujiazui transfer hub area fully reflects the renewal and transformation of connectivity concept.Keywords: rail transit stations; underground space; connectivity
