宁波站铁路枢纽南北广场地下空间综合开发策略

（同济大学建筑设计研究院（集团）有限公司，上海 200092）【摘要】根据宁波火车站周边的现状，以及新建国铁站房、地铁2，4号线站点换乘等因素，对宁波站南北广场地下交通枢纽、建立南北通达的地下步行系统进行规划，使相对狭小的城区内枢纽空间进一步完善、土地得到综合开发利用。同时，创造出一个环境良好、换乘便捷，能够辐射宁波站周边区域的综合交通枢纽和重要的公共活动中心。【关键词】 铁路枢纽站前广场地下空间; 交通型地下空间; 综合开发利用中图分类号：U412.38 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2013)S2-0161-04Integrated development strategy of underground space of Ningbo Railway Station South-North PlazaWang Kaifu(Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: According to the surrounding situation of Ningbo Railway Station, the newly-built national Railway Station, and the transfer points of metro line 2 and 4, the underground transit hub of the north and the South square are planned as well as an underground pedestrian system to connect South and North, which improves the relative small hub space and achieve comprehensive development and utilization of the land. At the same time, an integrated transport hub and an important public activity centre with good environment, convenient transfer points are created, which can radiate surrounding areas of Ningbo Railway Station.
