地下城市综合体初探

（同济大学建筑设计研究院（集团）有限公司，上海 200092）[摘要] 城市地下空间的开发和利用越来越受到重视。越来越多的项目开始围绕地下空间展开，甚至有一些项目本身就只是一些地下的综合开发，这就引申出了地下城市综合体的新概念。通过一些实际项目的案例，了解了近年来地下空间开发的趋势和方向，理解地下城市综合体出现的时代背景和实际需要，同时展望其未来的发展前景。然而在积极面对新理念的同时，也面临着许多问题和困难，这些问题和困难也正是以后研究地下城市综合体的重点内容。[关键词] 地下城市综合体; 城市建设; 地下空间开发; 交通触媒; 下沉广场中图分类号：TU922 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X（2013）S2-0153-03Exploration to the underground urban complexXue Huiming(Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: The development of urban-underground area is more and more important, more and more projects are going to begin with the underground space, even some projects just use the underground area to develop a complex.
