抗浮措施在某大型地下工程中的选择与应用

(同济大学建筑设计研究院(集团)有限公司,上海 200092)[摘要] 随着城市建设用地的不断紧张,大型城市商业综合体项目不仅向上部空间不断发展,同时也越来越注重对地下空间的充分利用。目前,大多数的商业综合体项目一般都有2~3层的整体地下室,基础埋深普遍超过10m,如何解决地下室抗浮问题已成为此类项目基础设计的重点内容之一。在中信合肥紫云路商业项目基础设计中,通过对不同抗浮措施的技术经济性比较,选择了抗拔预制混凝土方桩作为本工程的抗浮主要措施。在天然基础底板和抗拔桩布置中,通过板壳有限元计算分析,考虑桩和地基土的竖向刚度,比较了不同布置方案下的基础内力分布情况,合理确定了基础布置形式,经济有效地解决了地下室抗浮问题。[关键词] 抗拔桩;筏板基础;地下室抗浮中图分类号:TU471.2, TU473.1+3 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)S2-0104-05作者简介:居炜,硕士,工程师,一级注册结构工程师;Email:32jw@tjadri.com 。Choose and application of the anti-floating method in one large basementJu Wei(Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: As the available urban construction land decreases rapidly, large urban commercial complexes extend upwards as well as deeply into the ground to take use of underground space. Nowadays, most of the large commercial complexes have basement of two or three levels, and the buried depth of the foundation is more than 10m. The issue of basement anti-floating design has become the main concerns of such projects. In the foundation design of the Hefei Zhongxin Ziyun Road commercial complex project, technique and economy comparisons between different types of anti-floating measures are conducted and the anti-uplifting precast concrete rectangular pile was chosen to be the main measure to resist the buoyancy. In the design of the foundation concrete slab and the anti-uplifting piles, finite element analysis using elements of plate and shell are conducted with the consideration of the vertical rigidity of the piles and the soil. Internal forces distributions in different design schemes are compared, and layouts of foundations are determined to solve the anti-floating issue was d economically.Keywords: anti-uplifting pile; raft foundation; basement anti-floating
