盾构法隧道施工工序对地表既有铁路的影响分析

[摘要] 以石家庄地铁一号线一期工程石家庄东站-东杜庄站盾构区间隧道下穿石德铁路为背景,利用有限元软件ANSYS14.0建立三维有限元模型,分析预测盾构法施工对既有石德铁路线路造成的沉降变形及水平变形影响;并对比当两隧道的开挖面前后间隔距离不同时对铁路的沉降差异,得到:当两隧道开挖前后间距大于24m时,铁路沉降与先后单独开挖两隧道接近,地表铁路不再因隧道开挖顺序不同而产生附加的变形影响。为以后类似工程施工与设计提供参考。

Analysis of influence of the construction procedure of metro shield tunnel under railway

Abstract: The paper presents the railway settlement in the different excavating sequence of shield tunnel. Take the First phase of line 1 of Shijiazhuang metro under the Shide railway as the background, a 3D finite element model was put forward by means of general finite element program ANSYS14.0 to analyze and forecast the resulting impact of the existing Shide railway on the settlement and level distortion; and the settlement differences of railway were compared when the two different tunnel excavation adopting various intervals between the excavation surface. The results indicate that the subsidence influence close to the successively separate excavation and the excavating sequence will not impact additional settlement on the surface of earth, when the intervals between the both excavations surface larger than 24 meter. The result is a reference data for the future similar projects and design.
