某大型地下空间开发预留远期地铁站的设计与研究

[摘要] 结合轨道交通建设的地下空间综合开发是当前大中城市建设的发展趋势,介绍了大型城市综合体工程-上海国金中心项目在地下空间开发建设中同步实施预留远期规划的地铁车站的工程实践,对采用不同结构体系和使用功能的地面综合体与地铁工程采取结构转换等措施实现结构一体化共建;为确保不同体系结构的变形协调和受力安全,对一体化共建结构的桩基方案选择,基础沉降耦合控制等进行了多方案计算研究,最终选择最合理的桩基方案;并对与后续地下工程的连接节点采取了针对性的设计措施,以方便后续工程的连接设计和施工。本文的研究结论可为同类工程建设提供参考。

Design and research of a subway station reserved in super underground space construction

Abstract: The underground space comprehensive development which combines with construction of rail transit is the growing trend of the construction of large and medium-sized cities, we introduced the large urban complex project, named the Shanghai IFC, which takes the long-term planning subway station into consideration during the existing underground space developing period. In this project, measures such as structure transformation is adopted to implement structural integration in ground complex and subway engineering with different structural system, alternative computing researches are proceeded during the selection of structural integration’s pile foundation and foundation settlement coupling and the most reasonable pile foundation schemes chosen to make sure deformation coordination and structure security of different structural systems. The specific design measure aiming at the connection node of the subsequent underground engineering is taken at the same time, which facilitates connection design and construction of subsequent engineering. The research conclusion of this paper may provide references for similar engineering construction.
