北京地区复杂环境条件下超深基坑开挖影响数值分析

[摘要]本工程基坑开挖深度约为30m,为北京地区超深基坑工程之一,建设环境及水文地质条件非常复杂。基坑工程采用地下连续墙+钢筋混凝土内支撑(局部锚杆)支护形式。为了研究本基坑方案是否既能确保基坑的稳定与施工安全,同时又能避免对周边既有建筑物的正常使用造成不利影响,采用PLAXIS软件对本工程基坑和其周边环境进行了整体建模分析,分析了地下连续墙的位移和周边建筑的变形及周边地表的沉降,从而校核了基坑设计方案。

Influence of the excavation of super-deep foundation pit on complicated surroundings in Beijing region based on numerical analysis

Abstract: The foundation pit of the project is one of the super-deep foundation pit projects in Beijing with excavation depth of approximately 30 meters, and the construction and hydrogeology circumstances are very complicated. Excavation scheme adopts the underground continuous wall combined with interior concrete braces (local anchors). To ensure the stability of the foundation and construction safety and to avoid the negative impacts on the surrounding buildings, the PLAXIS software was chosen to carry out integrated modeling and analysis on the foundation pit and its surrounding. The displacement of the underground continuous wall, deformation of the surrounding buildings and settlement of the surrounding surfaces were analyzed. The excavation scheme of the foundation pit was checked through analysis.
