两本规范中桩基沉降计算深度的对比分析

[摘要]我国现行《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ 94—2008)和《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB 50007—2011)均给出了采用实体深基础分层总和法来估算桩基沉降量的计算公式,但在确定桩基沉降计算深度方面,前者采用应力控制法,后者采用变形控制法。对两本规范关于桩基沉降计算深度的取值进行分析,指出了采用应力控制法和变形控制法确定桩基沉降计算深度的差异和存在的不足。

Comparison analysis on calculation depth of pile foundation settlement between two codes

Abstract: Calculation formulaes based on layer-wise summation method for physical deep foundation are provided in current specifications of Technical code for building pile foundations(JGJ 94—2008)and Code for design of building foundation(GB 50007—2011)to estimate pile foundation settlement. In determining the calculation depth of the pile foundation settlement, the former code uses the stress control method, while the latter code uses the deformation control method. The determining methods of the calculation depth of pile foundation settlement of two codes were analyzed, while the difference and the deficiencies in determining the calculation depth of pile foundation settlement by using both methods were pointed out.
