三门峡文体中心体育场结构设计

[摘要]三门峡文体中心体育场外径230m,采用不设永久缝钢筋混凝土看台,结构设计时考虑看台的受力特点,采用ETABS软件按照看台斜梁实际标高建立计算模型,充分反映看台斜梁对结构整体刚度的影响,构件设计考虑了斜梁的轴力影响。看台设计采用多种先进技术解决了看台结构超长导致的混凝土裂缝控制难题。体育场钢罩篷和看台相互独立,采用三角形管桁架,并在根部蜕变为两根主管,形成“羽毛”外观,钢罩篷最终由80根基本相同的“羽毛”整体拼装而成,整体结构超长。采用SAP2000软件进行整体计算,结果表明,环形钢罩篷的部分环向构件的温度应力较大,其他部位不敏感。

Structural design of the stadium in Sanmenxia Cultural and Sports Center

Abstract: The outer diameter of the stadium of Sanmenxia Cultural and Sports Center is 230m and reinforced concrete stand is without permanent joint. The stress characteristics of stand were considered in structural design. ETABS program was used to model according to actual elevation of the inclined beams of stand to fully reflect the influence of inclined beams on the stiffness of the whole structure. The component design considered the effect of axial forces of the inclined beams. A variety of advanced measures were used to solve the problem of crack control due to the superlong stand structure. The steel awning, which is independent from the stand, adopts the triangle tube truss with two tubes turned out at the roots to form “feather” appearance. Steel awning was assembled as a whole by 80 identical “feather” ultimately with super-long structure. SAP2000 software was used in analyzing the steel awning structure and the results show that temperature stresses of some circumferential components are large but others are not sensitive to temperature.
