三门峡文体中心会展中心结构设计

[摘要]三门峡文体中心会展中心采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。会展中心设计为一个完整的结构单元,不设永久缝,通过控制施工顺序、调整混凝土要求、合理分配伸缩单元等措施,结合整套施工工艺和方法,解决了抗震性能、混凝土裂缝控制难题;对于大空间、大跨度屋面,采用相贯线管桁架或与相贯线管桁架结合的张弦钢结构,以三管受压钢管桁架和受拉的钢索共同组成管桁架+预应力张拉索结构体系;2层展厅地面采用27m双向大跨桁架,设计时在保证2层无柱展厅布展荷载使用的同时,最大限度地减少1层展厅结构柱的数量,确保上下两层均达到展厅的使用要求和投资控制。结构设计采用了多项先进技术和分析程序,很好地解决了建筑功能和空间复杂、平面超长、跨度大等多项难题。

Structural design of the exhibition center of Sanmenxia Cultural and Sports Center

Abstract: The exhibition center of Sanmenxia Cultural and Sports Center adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structural system. Exhibition center was designed as an integrated unit without permanent joint. With integrated construction technology and method, the problems of seismic performance and concrete crack control were solved very well through measures of concrete construction sequence control, concrete requirement adjustment and reasonable distribution of the expansion units. For large space and large-span roof, intersecting string pipe truss or beam string steel structure with intersecting string pipe truss were used to form the pipe truss-prestressed tension cable structural system, which was composed of steel pipe truss with three compressed pipes and tension cables. Bi-directional and large-span truss with span of 27m was used at the second floor, which can sustain the availability of exhibit hall without columns and minimize the number of columns at the first floor simultaneously to ensure the function requirements and reasonable economy investment. The structural design incorporated a number of advanced technology and analysis procedures to solve many problems such as complex architecture function and space, super-long plane size and large span.
