南京南站主站房钢斗拱节点数值分析

[摘要]南京南站主站房钢结构屋面网架竖向承重构件为钢管混凝土柱,其中南北两排钢管混凝土柱与网架主体结构通过钢斗拱节点连接过渡。钢斗拱节点既是建筑立面设计的亮点,又是屋面网架和钢管混凝土柱的重要传力路径。钢斗拱节点受荷较大、构造及传力复杂,为结构设计的难点、重点之一。利用有限元软件建立了两种(分布于整体结构南侧和北侧)斗拱节点的有限元模型,细致分析了其在多种工况下的受力性能和承载能力;结合模型试验成果,对比分析了理论计算结果与试验结果的差异与成因;该分析成果是钢斗拱节点设计的重要理论依据。

Numerical analysis on the steel corbel bracket of the main station building of Nanjing South Railway Station

Abstract: The vertical bearing members for steel roof grid structure of the main station building of Nanjing South Railway Station are concrete filled steel tubular columns. The two rows of concrete filled steel tubular columns in north and south connect the main grid structure through the transition of steel corbel bracket. The steel corbel bracket is not only a design highlight of the facade, but also an important force transfer path of concrete filled steel tubular columns and the roof grid structure. The steel corbel bracket is one of the difficulties and key points in structural design considering the large stress, complex structural details and complex stress transfer. Two finite element corbel bracket models with joints distributed in the South or North side of the whole structure were established by the finite element software. Mechanical performance and carrying capacity of the joints under different working conditions were analyzed in details. Combined with the model test results, differences and its causes between theoretical calculation results and test results were compared. The analysis results provided an important theory basis for the steel mortise and tenon joint design.
