北京侨福花园广场结构设计

[摘要]北京侨福花园广场地上建筑由4座塔楼(两座低塔和两座高塔)以及将建筑覆盖在其中的环保罩组成。环保罩内的低塔和高塔在上部楼层均有楼板相连形成双塔连体结构。工程存在平面和竖向不规则,加上环保罩支承在4座塔楼上,受力情况复杂。提出相应抗震设防性能目标,从概念设计出发,并根据分析计算结果,按规范要求采取适当的结构抗震加强措施,提高构件的承载力和延性以形成合理的结构破坏机制,改善结构的抗震性能。

Structural design of Chyau Fwu Green Plaza in Beijing

Abstract: Chyau Fwu Green Plaza in Beijing consists of four towers (two lower towers and two higher towers) and the environmental protection cover on it. Both lower towers and higher towers in the environmental protection cover are connected structures with floors connected in upper stories. The buildings are irregular in plane and elevation and have complicated mechanical conditions with supported environmental protection cover on four towers. The corresponding  performance-based seismic precautionary objectives of the structure were proposed. According to conceptual design, calculation results combined with the requirements of the code, seismic strengthen measures of the structure were adopted to improve the bearing capacity and ductility of components to form reasonable structure failure mechanism and improve the seismic performance of the whole structure.
