重庆悦来温德姆酒店结构设计

[摘要]以重庆悦来温德姆酒店为工程背景,对结构设计过程中的一系列难点展开深入研究和分析,以验证其结构设计的合理性。酒店位于临江的斜坡岩面,场地条件复杂。酒店1,2层局部大空间设钢骨混凝土转换梁以承托上部框架柱,1层大堂内设有旋转钢楼梯,酒店正立面层层收进,屋顶层设单层铝网壳。对转换梁及其上部结构进行施工模拟验算以优化施工顺序,对转换构件单独进行了弹塑性有限元分析,对收进层钢筋混凝土斜撑的端部复杂受力节点进行有限元分析,对旋转钢楼梯进行三维建模分析及舒适度验算,分析和计算结果均能满足设计预期目标。介绍了屋顶层单层铝网壳的结构布置和特点,并对其进行了整体受力分析及屈曲分析,分析结果显示,铝网壳可以满足承载力和稳定性的要求。

Structural design of Chongqing Yuelai Wyndham Hotel

Abstract: Taking the Chongqing Yuelai Wyndham Hotel as engineering background, research and analysis were carried out on structural design difficulties to verify the rationality of the structural design. The hotel is built on the riverfront composed of inclined rock with complicated site condition. Steel reinforced concrete transfer beams are adopted in partial large space of the hotel′s first and second floor to hold the upper floor′s frame columns. A rotary steel stair is set in the hotel lobby on the first floor. The facade of the hotel has setbacks layer by layer. A single-layer aluminum shell is built on the roof. Construction simulation analysis was carried out on the transfer beam and its upper structure in order to optimize the construction sequence. Elastic-plastic finite element analysis was carried out on the transfer structure individually. The complicated end node of the reinforced concrete brace in the setback floor was also analyzed with the finite element analysis method. Three-dimension modeling, analysis and human comfort checking were carried out on the rotary steel stair. The analysis and calculation results above could meet the respected design targets. The structural layout and characteristics of the single-layer aluminum shell on the roof were introduced, and the overall mechanical analysis and buckling analysis were carried out on it. Results show that the aluminum shell can meet the carrying capacity and stability requirements.
