天辰大厦主塔楼结构抗震设计

[摘要]天辰大厦主塔楼结构剪力墙主要布置于结构的两端,两侧剪力墙距离达50m。此布置使各层有效建筑面积增大了近10%(消除了绕中间核心筒设置走道的面积),形成了南北通透的室内环境,避免了中部房间光线差的情况,在建筑功能上收益明显。由于1层大堂空间需求大,结构采用拔内柱方案,并设置了型钢混凝土倒V形支撑形成转换结构。介绍了超限内容、抗震设防目标、结构体系选型及特点,并采用ABAQUS软件对结构进行了动力弹塑性时程分析。找出了罕遇地震下可能开裂的薄弱部位,在设计上对其进行了加强,使各项性能指标达到了抗震设防目标的要求。

Structural seismic design on the main tower of Tianchen Building

Abstract:The shear walls of the main tower structure of Tianchen Building located in both ends of the building with the distance of 50 meters. The layout increased effective floor area of each story by nearly 10% due to the elimination of the areas of the aisles around core wall, which created good transparent environment from north to south and eliminated dark rooms in the middle. In sum, it improved the architectural functions a lot. Transfer structures of steel reinforced concrete V-shaped braces were used to replace removed inner columns to fulfill the large space demand of the lobby at first floor. The out-of-code items, seismic fortification goal and structural system selection and features were introduced. Dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis was conducted on the structure by software ABAQUS. The potential weak parts expected to crack under the rare earthquake were found out and strengthened. It is proved that all the performance indexes meet the requirements of the seismic fortification goal.
