［提要］北京东方文化艺术中心工程为大型公共建筑，结构存在平面不规则、竖向不规则、大底盘多塔楼、局部转换层等诸多不利因素，属于复杂高层建筑结构。工程设计过程中，从结构概念设计出发，分析结构的抗震薄弱部位及其薄弱程度，区别对待，综合考虑，使用多种程序进行计算研究，采取有针对性的抗震加强措施和细部构造处理，达到提高结构延性、保证结构抗震安全的目的。

Structural Design of Beijing Orient Culture Art Center/Chen Jiying (Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)

Abstract: Beijing Orient Culture Art Center is a large public building and a complex high rise building with many unfavorable factors including irregular plane，vertical irregularity，multi-tower with large podium and partial transition layer. The structure is researched with analyzing the structure s seismic weak parts, establishing the ration analysis model with multiple software, and taking some effective measures to strengthen the seismic capacity.
