水泥基灌浆料基本力学性能试验研究*

[摘要]通过201个立方体试件及89个棱柱体试件的力学性能试验,研究了水泥基灌浆料类型、加水量、豆石含量对水泥基灌浆料力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,水泥基灌浆料的四个力学指标(立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量)基本随豆石含量的增大而增大,随加水量的增大而减小;抗压强度高的水泥基灌浆料的各力学指标大于抗压强度低的水泥基灌浆料的各力学指标;水泥基灌浆料的劈裂抗拉强度高于普通混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度。最后,基于试验数据,给出了水泥基灌浆料的尺寸效应、强度转化及龄期强度计算公式。

Experimental study on basic mechanical properties of cementitious grout

Abstract: Based on the mechanical tests of 201 cube specimens and 89 prism specimens, the effects of type of cementitious grout (CG), amount of water and amount of pisolite on the mechanical properties of CG were investigated. The results show that the four mechanical indexes of CG (cubic compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus) increase with the increment of pisolite amount, and decrease with the increment of water amount. The mechanical indexes of CG with higher compressive strength are higher than those of CG with lower compressive strength. The splitting tensile strength of CG is higher than that of the normal concrete. Finally, based on the data of mechanical tests, the regression formulas of CG on the size effect, strength transformation and age strength were proposed.
