乳化沥青对钢筋混凝土梁抗裂性能影响试验研究*

(1 沈阳工业大学建筑工程学院, 沈阳 110870; 2 中冶焦耐工程技术有限公司, 大连 116085)[摘要]为了研究掺乳化沥青钢筋混凝土梁的弯曲抗裂性能,通过四点弯曲试验对不同乳化沥青掺量的5组共计10根钢筋混凝土梁进行试验测试,观察并记录了从加载开始至破坏整个过程中钢筋混凝土梁的裂缝开展、变形、承载力等情况,并与普通钢筋混凝土梁做对比。试验结果表明:较低乳化沥青掺量(1%~3%)能够明显改善钢筋混凝土梁的整体变形能力,提高钢筋混凝土梁的初裂荷载、跨中挠度,且对混凝土抗压强度影响较小;较高乳化沥青掺量(5%~7%)使钢筋混凝土梁的极限荷载降低较多,不能改善其韧性和整体变形能力。[关键词]乳化沥青; 钢筋混凝土梁; 极限荷载; 耐久性中图分类号:TU377 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2014)19-0092-03Experimental research on the crack resistance ability of reinforced concrete beam mixed with emulsified asphaltNing Baokuan1, Hu Haitao1, Zhang Simiao1, Mao Jianwei2(1 School of Architecture and Civil Engineering , Shenyang University of Technology, Shenyang 110870, China; 2 ACRE Coking and Refractory Engineering Consulting Corporation, MCC, Dalian 116085, China)Abstract: In order to research the bending crack resistance ability of reinforced concrete beam mixed with emulsified asphalt, four-point bending tests were carried out on 5 groups of 10 reinforced concrete beams with different quantities of mixed emulsified asphalt. Cracks, deformation and bearing capacity of the beams were observed and recorded from loading to destructive state, and then a comparison of experimental results was made between reinforced concrete beams mixed with emulsified asphalt and ordinary reinforced concrete beams. The experimental results show that lower emulsified asphalt dosages (from 1% to 3% )can significantly improve the overall deformation ability of the reinforced concrete beam, increase initial crack loading and midspan deflection, and influence little on compressive strength of the concrete.
