沈阳乐天世界超高层住宅楼抗震设计*

(中国建筑东北设计研究院有限公司, 沈阳 110006)[摘要]沈阳乐天世界超高层住宅楼主体结构高度为144.5m,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。介绍了工程的结构体系及布置、抗震设防性能目标。通过不同程序进行计算,对结构整体计算结果、罕遇地震作用下的静力及动力弹塑性分析结果进行分析,并对宽扁梁进行有限元模拟。结果表明,工程各项计算指标比较理想,均满足规范要求。并针对结构的超限情况提出相应的超限对策及加强措施,整体满足规范性能化设计的要求。[关键词]超高层建筑; 框架-核心筒结构; 动力弹塑性; 性能化设计; 宽扁梁中图分类号:TU973.3+1 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2014)19-0057-04Seismic design on a super high-rise residential building of Lotte World in ShenyangDong Zhifeng, Liu Chao, Chen Yong, Gao Jian, Li Dapeng, Liu Ziqing(China Northeast Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shenyang 110006, China)Abstract: RC frame-core wall structure system was adopted in a super high-rise residential building of Lotte World in Shenyang,the height of which is 144.5m. The structural system and structural arrangement as while as the seismic fortification and performance objectives of the super high-rise building were presented. The overall calculation results, Pushover and dynamic elastics-plastic analysis results under rare earthquake were analyzed through different programs. And the finite element simulation on the wide-flat beam was carried out. Results indicate that the technical parameters of the building all well satisfy the requirements of the specifications. In addition, the counter plans and strengthening measures were put forward for out-ofcode situations.
