福州升龙环球大厦结构抗震设计

(悉地国际设计顾问(深圳)有限公司, 深圳 518057)[摘要]采用框架-核心筒结构体系的福州升龙环球大厦属于超B级高度的超高层建筑。针对框架-核心筒结构的震害情况,从概念设计出发,加强了抗震构造措施并调整结构构件的内力以满足多道防线的设计要求。采用多套软件对结构在多遇地震下的响应进行了复核计算,并对关键构件的抗震性能目标进行了验算。罕遇地震下结构的动力弹塑性分析结果表明,层间位移角小于1/100,满足大震不倒的要求。[关键词]超高层建筑; 框架-核心筒结; 概念设计; 抗震设计中图分类号:TU973.31 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2014)19-0052-05Seismic design of Fuzhou Shenglong Worldwide TowerHe Yuanming, Peng Zhaocai, Liu Chang, Huang Yongjun(CCDI International(Shenzhen)Design Consultants Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518057, China)Abstract: Fuzhou Shenglong Worldwide Tower, which is frame-tube structure, belongs to the super high-rise building of exceeding B level height. Based on the conceptual design, the seismic construction were enhanced and seismic internal force of structure components was adjusted to meet the needs of multi-line defense against the earthquake damage of frame-tube structure. Seismic response of the structure was calculated by some softwares and the seismic performance objectives of key components were checked.
