屈曲约束支撑大应变低周疲劳试验研究*

[摘要]屈曲约束支撑抗震性能试验标准是进行产品检验的重要依据,但在我国已有的涉及该部分内容的5本标准中规定不一致。通过对5本标准中相关内容的对比,提出屈曲约束支撑抗震性能的试验标准,明确了大应变低周疲劳试验中位移幅值的取值方法。通过屈曲约束支撑的抗震性能试验,得到了试件骨架曲线以及疲劳破坏特征,给出了屈服后刚度建议值。进行了两根屈曲约束支撑的大应变低周疲劳试验,分析了构件破坏特征,并给出提高屈曲约束支撑疲劳性能的加工工艺的建议。

Tests research on large strain low cycle fatigue of buckling restrained braces

Abstract: The seismic performance test standards of buckling restrained braces(BRBs) are important bases for the product inspection, but the test standard requirements of five domestic standards are different. The seismic performance test standards of BRBs were presented through the comparisons of the relevant content in five standards, and the displacement amplitude value in large strain low cycle fatigue test was defined. Through the seismic performance tests of BRBs, skeleton curves and fatigue failure characteristics were obtained and recommended post-yield stiffness value was given. Large strain low cycle fatigue tests on two BRBs were carried out. The failure characteristics of members were analyzed and proposed manufactured technology to develop fatigue performances of BRBs was given.
