体型收进对多重复杂超高层结构抗震性能影响分析

[摘要]介绍了天津现代城酒店塔楼及裙房多重复杂情况以及裙房体型收进、第一道加强层以上的竖向收进,并针对这两种类型的收进提出了增强抗震性能的措施。结果表明,裙房逐步收进可以有效减小结构竖向刚度突变;在第一道加强层上下的混凝土剪力墙内设置钢板可以减小刚度突变引起的损伤。另外详述了钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙的设计要点及构造。

Influence analysis of the setback on the seismic performance of the multiple complicated super high-rise structure

Abstract: The multiple complicated conditions of the tower building and the podiums of Tianjin Modern Hotel were introduced as well as the vertical setback of the podiums and the vertical setback above the first strengthening story. Measures were proposed in corresponding to the two kinds of setbacks to improve the seismic performance. The results show that gradual setback of the podiums is effective to reduce the vertical stiffness mutations. Setting steel plate in the concrete shear wall near the vertical setback above the first strengthening story is feasible to reduce the damage due to the stiffness mutations. The design approach and details of steel plate-concrete composite shear wall were introduced in detail.
