[摘要]仁恒滨海中心A酒店结构高度为190.4m,高宽比约为6.3,采用带加强层的框架-核心筒结构体系。工程存在超B级高度、竖向构件不连续、侧向刚度突变等多项超限,且结构最大悬挑15.9m,属复杂超限结构。通过多手段计算分析、抗震性能化设计、设置多道防线悬挂体系及采取适当的构造措施等对策,保证了结构的安全可靠和经济合理。

Out-of-code high-rise structure design of Hotel A in Yanlord Marina Centre

Abstract: Hotel A in Yanlord Marina Centre Hotel, which has structural height of 190.4m and height-width-ratio of 6.3, adopts frame-core wall structural system with strengthened layers. The building has many out-of-code items including beyond B-level height requirement, vertical component discontinuity and lateral stiffness mutation. The max cantilever length of the structure is 15.9m, which belongs to complicated out-of-code structure. The safety and reasonable cost of the structure are ensured by multi-method calculation analysis, performance-based seismic design, multi defence line suspended system and appropriate design measure.
