大跨度钢结构楼盖竖向振动舒适度的研究

[提要]以某工程60m跨度钢结构楼盖为背景,对大跨度钢结构楼盖舒适度的校核与改善做了研究。在楼盖中采用了多点TMD 粘滞流体阻尼器消能减振系统,对楼盖减振前后在各种不利工况作用下的动力响应采用SAP2000进行了计算分析。为了验证减振效果,对楼盖的实际动力特性及楼盖在安装阻尼器前后的响应作了现场测试,试验结果与理论计算基本一致。实践表明,多点TMD 粘滞流体阻尼器消能减振系统对于大跨度楼盖竖向振动舒适度的改善具有一定效果,可以在类似大跨楼盖结构中推广。

Abstract: Based on a project with a 60m-span floor structure, it does some trying work on checking and improving peoples comfortableness on large-span steel floor structures. A vibration decreasing system of multipoint TMD-fluid viscous dampers is used in this floor structure. The dynamic response of floor structure caused by some disadvantageous cases before and after the vibration decreasing system is analyzed using SAP2000 software. To verify the actual effect of vibration decreasing, the onsite test is carried out, which tests the actual dynamic properties and structural response before and after dampers are installed. The testing result is basically consistent with the theoretic analysis. The structural practice indicates that the vibration decreasing system of multipoint TMD-fluid viscous dampers has some effect on minimizing the floor vibration of large-span structures and can be applied to similar large-span structures.
