某高层剪力墙结构筏板基础优化设计*

[摘要]充分考虑筏板基础的特点,基于现行基础设计规范相关条款和优化设计理论,结合某高层剪力墙结构筏板基础的设计,提出了一个适合于筏板基础的高效实用优化设计方法。在筏板基础优化设计中,就筏板厚度、混凝土强度、钢筋强度对基础沉降、基底反力和基础造价的影响进行详细的研究。实例分析表明,所提出的优化设计方法是有效的、可行的。研究结果可为筏板基础设计提供参考。

Optimum design for the raft foundation of a high-rise building with shear-wall structure

Abstract: Considering the features of raft foundation, an efficient and practical method was presented for optimum design of raft foundation based on the regulations in the current foundation design code and optimum theories combined with the raft foundation design of a high-rise shear-wall structure. The influences of raft thickness, concrete strength, reinforcement strength on foundation settlement, subgrade reaction and raft foundation cost were studied in detail. The case study shows that the proposed optimum method is efficient and feasible. The study results can provide valuable references for raft foundation design.
