[摘要] 大力开发地下空间可以较好地解决城市土地紧缺、交通拥挤等问题。但同时,随着地下空间大规模、深层次的开发,也面临着诸如承压水、防灾等一系列的安全问题。阐述了承压水对地下工程安全的危害、处理方法以及工程降水活动对周边环境的影响,并基于此提出了地下空间开发中控制承压水、保护周边环境的技术措施。同时,分析了大型地下空间的特征以及其灾害的特点,并提出了地下空间防灾安全保障技术的研究方向。

Several problems during in development of urban underground space

Abstract: Developing underground space is a good solution to some urban issues such as land resource shortage, traffic congestion and so on. Meanwhile, with the large-scale and in-depth development of underground space, we should pay more attention to a series of security issues, for example, confined water controlling and disaster prevention. In this paper, endanger to underground engineering from confined water, treatments of confined water and influence of confined aquifers dewatering on environment were described firstly. Based on this, methods about controlling confined water were presented, which is friendly to environment. Then, characteristics and features of disaster in large underground space were analyzed. At last, research direction of disaster prevention technology in underground space was proposed.
