HRBF500钢筋混凝土梁受弯疲劳性能理论研究*

摘要]针对配有细晶粒高强钢筋HRBF500的混凝土梁进行受弯疲劳性能的理论研究。基于疲劳试验结果,分析得到,影响HRBF500钢筋混凝土试验梁受弯疲劳性能及疲劳寿命的主要因素为疲劳荷载作用下纵向受拉钢筋初始最大拉应力和配筋率。分析研究试验梁疲劳试验的数据,提出了在满足疲劳荷载使纵向受拉钢筋初始最大拉应力不大于155MPa的情况下,考虑配筋率和疲劳次数影响的纵向受拉钢筋最大拉应力σmax计算公式,该公式的计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,可用于HRBF500钢筋混凝土梁疲劳寿命预测。同时拟合出了疲劳荷载作用下试验梁跨中挠度较静力荷载作用下的增长量计算公式,该公式的计算结果亦与试验结果吻合良好,由此推导出疲劳荷载作用下HRBF500钢筋混凝土梁跨中挠度计算公式。研究成果可用于HRBF500钢筋混凝土受弯构件的设计及疲劳寿命预测。

Theoretical study on flexural fatigue performance of RC beams with the HRBF500 rebar

Abstract: The theoretical study on flexural fatigue performance of RC beams with fine-grain high-strength HRBF500 rebar was done. Based on the result of the fatigue experiment, the main factors affecting flexural fatigue performance and fatigue life of RC beams with HRBF500 rebar  are initial maximum tension stress and reinforcement ratio of the longitudinal tensile steel under fatigue load. Through analysis of the fatigue experimental data, the formulas of maximum tension stressσmax of the longitudinal tensile steel was proposed considering the effects of reinforcement ratio and fatigue numbers when initial maximum tension stress of the longitudinal tensile steel is not bigger than 155MPa. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the formulas of maximum tension stressσmax can be used to predict the fatigue life of RC beams with HRBF500 rebar. The increment calculation formula of mid-span deflection of RC beams with HRBF500 rebar under the static load which is equal to the fatigue load was proposed. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results and the formula of mid-span deflection of RC beams with HRBF500 rebar under fatigue load was deduced. The study results can be used to design and predict the fatigue life of RC flexural components with HRBF500 rebar.
