新型钢管混凝土梁柱节点轴心受压试验研究*

摘要]提出钢管混凝土柱与钢筋混凝土梁整体连接的新型节点形式。在钢管混凝土柱与钢筋混凝梁连接区将钢管断开,使钢筋混凝土梁中的纵向钢筋直接伸入支座节点,节点区梁柱混凝土整体浇筑,方便节点施工且保证节点刚度。为了弥补由于钢管断开造成的节点强度不足,对节点无钢管区域采用柱纵筋、环向密箍和钢筋网片进行加强。通过对3个节点试件进行轴心受压试验,研究了节点的受力特性。试验结果表明,在轴向荷载作用下,加强后的节点破坏迟于钢管混凝土柱的破坏,承载能力高于钢管混凝土柱,而且有一定的延性,证实了这种节点在轴向加载条件下的可行性,且满足“强节点”的抗震设计原则。

Axial compression experimental study on new CFST column-RC beam joints

Abstract: A new type of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) column-RC beam joint was presented. In the CFST column-RC beam connecting zonethe steel tube was broken for the stretch of the longitudinal bar of reinforced concrete beams into the joint. The concrete of the column and beam was cast integrally to simplify the construction of joint and strengthen the joint stiffness. To make up the insufficient strength caused by the broken steel tube, longitudinal bars, toroidal dense hoops and steel meshes were used to strengthen the joint zone without the steel tube. Mechanism performance of the joint was studied in the experiments of three joint specimens. The experimental results show that under the axial loading, the failure of the reinforced joint happens after the failure of the concrete-filled steel tube column, and the bearing capacity of the joint is higher than that of the concrete-filled steel tube column. Besides, the joint has certain ductility, the feasibility of the joint under the axial loading is verified, and the joint meets the seismic design principle of strong joint.
