腹板V形加劲冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢中长柱畸变屈曲承载力分析*

摘要]为了解腹板V形加劲冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢中长柱的受压性能,对12根开孔和未开孔中长柱进行了轴心受压试验研究。结果表明,所有试件均发生畸变屈曲失效,同时在峰值荷载时有绕弱轴的整体弯曲产生;孔洞的出现导致屈曲模态和屈曲半波数发生变化。最后,在试验和国外规范关于直接强度法计算理论的基础上,提出了一种适用于开孔和未开孔腹板V形加劲冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢中长柱畸变屈曲承载力的计算方法。采用该建议方法计算所得结果与试验值和参数分析值吻合较好,安全可靠。

Distortional buckling load-carrying capacity analysis for cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel intermediate length columns with V-stiffener in the web

Abstract: In order to investigate the compression behavior of cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel intermediate length column with V-stiffener in the web, experiments were conducted on 12 intermediate length columns with and without holes under the axial compression. It is shown that all of the specimens fail from distortional buckling and the global buckling around the weak aixs is found under the peak load. The holes change the buckling modes and the number of distortional buckling half-waves. Finally, based on the experimental results and the direct strength method given in abroad specification, a suggested method was presented to estimate the distortional buckling load-carrying capacity for cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel intermediate length columns with and without holes in the V-stiffener web, and the values calculated by the proposed method were in good agreement with the results of experimental and parameter analysis. It is shown that the proposed method is safe and reliable.
