某带大底盘超高层双塔设计

摘要]对某带大底盘超高层双塔进行小震弹性、静力弹塑性分析。结果表明,带大底盘超高层双塔的振动具有一定耦联性,双塔的周期、振型不能简单地与某单塔的周期、振型对比,且在结构设计时,需要同时计算单塔和双塔,并进行包络设计;需要相应地提高结构的抗震性能目标,适当增加底盘的刚度,提高双塔之间塔楼、裙房及地下室的抗震等级;控制塔楼竖向构件的轴压比,加大塔楼和裙房之间的楼板厚度和配筋以传递水平地震作用。

Structural design of super high-rise twin-tower with the large chassis

Abstract: The elastic analysis and Pushover analysis under the frequent earthquake were carried out on the super high-rise twin-tower with the large chassis. The results show that the vibration of the twin-tower with the large chassis has some correlativity. The period and vibration mode of the twin-tower can not be compared with that of any single-tower. The enveloping result of design should be carried out on single-tower and twin-tower. The seismic performance objectives of the structure need to be raised, and the seismic grades of the tower, the podium and the basement between the twin-tower should be raised. The axial compression ratio of vertical components should be controlled. The thickness and reinforcement of the slab between the tower and the podium should be increased to transfer the horizontal seismic action.
